We provide window cleaning, carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, plumbing, electrical repair, and car detailing for homes and businesses in the United States. Support can help you schedule 24 hours a day. Office hours today are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Quotes are not a contract
A form submission or a phone call is a request, not a booked job. Prices we give before we see the work can change if the job is larger than described, access is blocked, or photos do not match what we find on site. We confirm the scope and price before we start, unless you have asked us to proceed on an emergency call.
Access and safety
You need authority to let us on the property. Please tell us about pets, alarms, locked rooms, and anything that could hurt a technician. We may pause or refuse work that looks unsafe, unpermitted, or outside the trade we quoted.
Electrical and plumbing jobs can involve shutoffs. We will say so before we cut power or water when we can. After-hours calls are for problems that cannot wait. A night visit may cost more than the same job during office hours.
Your photos and notes
Photos and descriptions you send are used to understand the job. Do not upload images of people who have not agreed to be in them, or files that are not about the work.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on the quote or invoice. Work may be paused if a balance is overdue. You are responsible for extra parts or labor you approve on site.
Cancellations
Please cancel or move a visit as soon as you know. Same-day cancellations after a technician is already dispatched may include a trip charge. We will tell you if that applies before we collect it.
Website use
Do not misuse this site, attempt to break it, or submit junk through the form. Content, photos, and the logo on this site belong to us or to people who licensed them to us. You may not copy the site to run a competing page.
We try to keep hours, service lists, and contact details current. If something on the site conflicts with a written quote, the quote wins for that job.
Limits
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, parts, locked access, or other things outside our control. We are not responsible for existing damage we did not cause. Our responsibility for a given job is limited to the amount you paid for that job, except where the law says we cannot limit it.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Using the site or booking work after an update means the new terms apply to that use.
