What we collect
You can browse most of the site without sending us personal details. We collect information when you choose to share it, including:
- Name, email, phone, and address from the quote form
- The note you write about the job
- Photos you attach of a leak, stain, room, or vehicle
- Messages you send by email or details you give on a call
The site also uses cookies to remember your cookie choice and to see which pages people use. We do not use that to sell a profile of you.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply about a quote, schedule a visit, do the work, and follow up if something needs another look. We may use a phone number or email you gave us to confirm a time or ask a clarifying question.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent mailing lists.
Who else sees it
A request may pass through our hosting and email tools so it can reach our inbox. Those providers only process it so the site and mail can run. We share details with a technician on the job when they need the address and the scope of work.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect people and property in an emergency.
Cookies
The banner lets you accept or decline cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser so we do not keep asking on every page. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time. If you decline, the site still works. Some visit counts may be less complete.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and job notes stay as long as we need them to finish the work and keep a simple record of what was done. You can ask us to update or remove contact details that we still hold, unless we have to keep them for a legal reason.
Children
This site is for property owners and managers. We do not aim it at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
